PAI Partners on Financing of Its Acquisition of Nuzoa From Abac Capital

Cleary Gottlieb advised PAI Partners, a pre-eminent private equity firm, on the financing of its acquisition of Nuzoa from Abac Capital.

Nuzoa is the leading distributor of animal health products and services in the Iberian region. The company supplies veterinary professionals, farmers and pet stores through an extensive logistics network across Spain and Portugal, with a wide range of offerings such as pharmaceutical products, equipment, consumables, pet food, and accessories, alongside a complete portfolio of digital and laboratory services for veterinary clinics.
