Cleary Gottlieb represented Stratos Global Corporation in its $150 million offering of senior notes due 2013. The proceeds from the offering were used to acquire Xantic, one of the leading European providers of Inmarsat satellite communication. Cleary is also advising Stratos on corporate governance matters.
