Léa Delanys’ practice focuses primarily on banking and financial regulation (French and European) and assists financial institutions with regulatory litigation, internal investigations, and enforcement proceedings, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector.

She also advises on foreign investment control and ESG regulations. She has recently advised major groups including American Express, BNP Paribas, Euronext, and CCF.

Léa joined the firm in 2017 and became counsel in 2026. From 2017 to 2018, she was resident in the New York office.
