Cleary Gottlieb represented Blackstone in connection with the formation of Blackstone Life Sciences VI (BXLS VI), which held its final closing on March 27, 2026.
BXLS VI, the largest private fund dedicated to life sciences, was oversubscribed and closed at its hard cap with $6.3 billion of total capital commitments, nearly 40% larger than its predecessor vehicle, on which Cleary also advised.
