Bridgepoint to Acquire a Majority Stake in ht.digital

Cleary Gottlieb is advising Bridgepoint in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in ht.digital, a leading, London-headquartered provider of digital asset assurance and technology solutions.

Bridgepoint is one of the world’s leading quoted private asset growth investors, specialising in private equity, infrastructure, and private credit. 

The transaction was announced on November 25, 2025, and is expected to complete in H1 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
