The team is representing LATAM Airlines, Latin America’s leading airline, and its affiliates in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, and the U.S., in the voluntary reorganization and restructuring of their debt under Chapter 11. They successfully received approval of LATAM’s highly contested reorganization plan last week.
