Cleary Gottlieb represented Sixth Street Partners (Sixth Street) in connection with the formation of Sixth Street Specialty Lending Europe III (SLE III), which held its final close on December 23, 2025.
SLE III closed at its hard cap, bringing the total equity commitments to €3.75 billion.
