The Fifth Edition of The Dominance and Monopolies Review has been published by The Law Reviews and features contributions from several Cleary Gottlieb lawyers, including its co-editors Maurits Dolmans and Henry Mostyn.
As with previous years, each chapter summarizes the abuse of dominance rules in a jurisdiction, as well as provides a review of the regime’s enforcement activity in the past year and a prediction for future developments.
