EG On The Move Acquires M.P.K. Petrol Forecourt Network

Cleary Gottlieb represented EG On The Move in connection with its acquisition of M.P.K. Garages Limited and its portfolio of 27 petrol forecourt sites in the United Kingdom.

The acquisition of M.P.K. Garages Limited, a leading independent petrol forecourt operator in the UK, will see the EG On The Move’s petrol forecourt network edge toward 200 sites across the UK and represents a significant step in EG On The Move realizing its national presence in the UK. The acquisition of the M.P.K. petrol forecourt network bolsters EG On The Move’s plans to roll out fast EV charging and a more robust food service, grocery, and merchandise proposition, delivering greater convenience and choice to customers.

Cleary has a long-standing relationship with EG On The Move, having acted in connection with its acquisition of EG Group’s UK business in 2024, the further acquisition of 98 sites in the UK from Irish forecourts group Applegreen in 2025 and the acquisition of the EG Group’s portfolio of around 260 forecourt sites in France in 2026.
