Everpure (f/k/a Pure Storage) to Acquire 1touch

Cleary Gottlieb is representing Everpure, Inc. (Everpure) (f/k/a Pure Storage Inc.) in its acquisition of 1touch.

The transaction, which was announced on February 23, 2026, is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second quarter of Everpure’s FY2027. The acquisition of 1touch will extend Everpure’s data management capabilities by adding data discovery and semantic context to the Everpure Platform.
