PAI Partners in Financing of Acquisition of Majority Stake in Cyrus Group

Cleary Gottlieb advised PAI Partners, a pre-eminent private equity firm, on the financing of its acquisition of a majority stake in the Cyrus Group.

Cyrus is one of France’s leading independent wealth management firms, with more than €20 billion in assets under management and serving a robust customer base of over 30,000 institutional and private clients. The acquisition is expected to enable Cyrus to pursue sustainable organic growth, broaden its product distribution, and enhance its platform through targeted consolidation initiatives across France and Europe.
