With the goal of revamping the Italian dispute resolution system, on October 10, 2022 the Italian Government finally passed decrees significantly amending the rules applicable to all civil proceedings (including those before the Supreme Court) and arbitrations seated in Italy.
Most of the new rules will enter into force in June 2023.
