Carlo Santoro’s practice focuses on litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international.
He regularly represents clients in a wide range of disputes. Over the years, he gained significant experience in representing corporate clients and financial institutions in high-profile, complex cases, including class actions, antitrust follow-on actions and international arbitrations. He also acts as arbitrator, and published articles and regularly lectures on international litigation and arbitration.
Carlo joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2012. From 2003 to 2009, he was resident in the Rome office. Prior to attending his LL.M. program at NYU, Carlo was an associate at a law firm in Turin, where he was primarily involved in civil and commercial litigation matters.
